In theory, yes. There are a lot of Gore-Tex lined gloves around which provide reasonable grip -- on poles or ice axes, for example. Berghaus, Outdoor Designs, Terra Nova and others all do em, from around £35 upwards. Mountain Equipment and others do cheaper versions with own brand linings. There are also Sealskinz, which are probably the most close fitting of the lot.
However, those I've used -- quite a lot -- really keep your hands dry for long when you're handling stuff in wet conditions, or even just walking. Water just seems to get in. Never used Sealskinz, but I've heard greatly varying reports of how well they work.
Buffalo and Dachstein mitts are both great in snow, cos they provide awrmth even when wet. But neither gives much dexterity.
It's probably best to carry a few pairs and change them as required.
