Keen Voyageur Mids
Where to get ?

Anybody got any idea who is stocking these in the UK?  I've tried the Targhees and they feel great, but I do not want a w/b lining in my boots and the Voyageurs should be perfect, but no one seems to be stocking them in the UK

The alternative is to order them from the US,  eg REI; anyone any experience of this ?

Cheers

Rob

The don't seem to be stocked that widely yet.  I managed to get some Voyageurs (the shoes, not mids) from Raw Outdoors, and Taunton Leisure stock them. If you want the mids I gues you could try a keen stockist and see if they could order them in for you.

There's always stuff that never makes to to Europe & some that does is then discontinued. I'd been after a pair of Keen 'Bend' shoes - turns out that they weren't available in Europe. Worth checking Keen's website - make sure you look at the Europe version rather than US one. They might not be available here at all.

Keen has changed UK distributor, so there might be a gap in supply. I like their stuff, I'm after a pair of Voyageur Mids as well.

Just checked - they are available in Europe. So your local Keen dealer then

Yes - I was afraid of that.  Banks of Perth will get them for me but only when he puts in an order to Keen and that won't be till next month, so I may not see anything until late May at the earliest.

PTC - I see you live on God's country so how about doubling up on Bank's order and seeing if we can get them quicker ?

They'll be worried about the shipping charges. If they're coming from a Euro warehouse they'll get charged a special order, or maybe they haven't paid theirprevious  bill and have to wait a bit?

It's an idea though, I'll ask about during the week and see what I can dig up as well.
