 I'm quite interested in the Woodgas or Sierra stove concept, and have contacted the companies to enquire about UK dealers, P&P etc. While waiting on a reply - are there any alternatives? Does anyone have any experience of stoves like this? It'd actually be for cycling rather than other activities, so absolute weight isn't an issue, more how it works in the Real World.

 How about making your own, Monty? It's an American 24oz Fosters' can, though... and doesn't have the fan assist of the Woodgas stove. Might be worth a play, though.

 I got a small one from BPL. Find it fun to use just a handfull of twigs as your walking and you have a brew. Fits in your pocket as well. Dont think i`ll use it in the tent though as i want that to stay waterproof.

 Sounds a bit like a Kelly Kettle that does! You can boil a brew up or cook on the bigger one with the cook-kit and pot rest bunged into the top!

 Was slow at work today, so had ago at making one myself out of some Titanium  Still have some air holes to add to the side, and those pegs are temporary until I can find some quick release fasteners
