It's not really a windshirt though, and the lining means it'll often be too warm as a windshirt: I use mine in place of a standard fleece, but at the other end of the scale "toasty warm in the cold" depends very much on the value of "cold", and it's nothing special in that regard, so I suspect you're really trying to have your cake and eat it too!
While something like a Rab VR is quite close in concept and performance I wouldn't really recommend it as a "3 season windshirt": just get a pretex or similar top, the Buffalo one has vents and a good size kangaroo pocket, the Montane and similar are lighter but a bit minimalist. Things like that will keep out the wind and with suitable layering will help keep you warm, but compared to a microtherm they won't overheat you on a nice day (even with the arms off and the front zip open there are times you just don't want to be wearing a fleece layer) and take up less bulk and weight.
If you DO want a lined windproof rather than just a Pertex jacket or smock, have a look at the Marmot Driclime shirt. Very similar to what I remember of the Microtherm top, and quite cheap. I like the Buffalo Fell jacket which is in the same style, but a fair bit more expensive and quite difficult to get hold of.
