Nice water from Church Stretton.  Welcome Lee - plenty of offers will come your way as your comments sound spot on.  If I arrange a visit to CS water then I'll pick you up !

Hi Lee

I've recently started walking (over the past year) after not doing so since my teens (used to fell walk, D of E etc..). I was over Church Stretton the other wk-end walking a bike route (recently bought a mountain bike) & love it round there.

The furthest I've been is Cadair Idris (just under 3000ft) & bit off a bit more than I could chew, as I did it on a whim & my legs were fecked for days , also been around Lake Vyrnwy & up the falls at Pystill, both great.

Must admit I'm not a camper (prefer my comfort, B&B's).

I live in Wolverhampton & like to get out most wk-ends, either walking/cycling or golfing. Drop me a line, happy to join a group if you've now sorted one.

Craig.

Hi Lee,

I live near Ludlow, so not too far away.

I do a lot of mountain biking, but this year I am trying to squeeze in more walking and camping.

I would certainly be interested in having some company for the walks etc.

Drop me a message if you would like to arrange something.

Cheers,

Paul
