I have just had £92 taken off me by sportsdirect.com !

I started off with a pair of half price Nike Pegasus ( ok so Black must be unpopular, but they're running shoes hey ?) I  ended up adding a Helley Hansen freeze base layer and some 'Sticky windy' gloves ( both on sale too !) Also I got  Craghoppers fleece trousers for a tenner..

I reckon It's not a bad site if you steer well clear of all the chav gear, Google didn't seem to show any other offers on the Helley and I've been looking for some cheap fleece leggins for a while. Quite pleased all in all with free postage too.

Simon

£92 for that lot.....seems expensive to me!

Hi Simon Parker 2,

Having just seen your post on the pound shop thread I retract my allegation that your first post here was spam.

Just the vast majority of first time posters on OM who seem to be pushing a product or shop are spammers.

Welcome to OM

I too came accross Sportsdirect when I was looking for a pair of Extremities Tuff Bags. I too Googled in ...... Tuff Bags.

I paid £33.99 and got a free mug. RRP £40. (Thats for the Tuff bags - not the mug!)

Lots of I wouldn't touch with a bargepole stuff, but, yes, the odd gem or two.

Well worth a look.

Nodrog.

PS not luncheon meat or spam.
