Just spotted a tent I've never seen before on the outdoorgear website.

It's called the Epsilon, is a 2 person 2.6 kilo 2(?) pole affair...

...has anybody ever heard of these before...and if so, are they any good as an alternative to the vango - wild country models of similar type/price?

Frankly when ever I have looked at their tents there has always been a similar one that was lighter and a lot cheaper.

the build quality is nowhere as near as good as the wild country range i compaired the coleman range against the Wild country range, and there is NO competition wild country are the cheaper end of terra nova group and the technology used in there tents is filtered down to Wild country i got my Wild country Bise for £90 reduced from £250 IIRC at the back end of last year form Blacks
