I have the larger version Olympus which has been a great tent, mine is now about 10 years old and still in A1 condition. I only need to take the inner and outer apart for drying (the velcro is top quality so you can do this regularly without any loss in performance of the velcro).
When pitching put the poles in and then pitch the whole thing together. Everything is obvious, I can't think of anything that needs any instructions. My only experience is that the tent needs to be pitched directly into the wind (as with all tunnel tents) and on a fairly flat surface so the flysheet will be reasonably taught.
I've found the only drawback with the Mapac Tunnel tents is some flapping noise from the flysheet on a windy night which makes the wind sound worse than it is.
You've got a great, long lasting tent, as far as I'm concerned.
