Vango TBS Micro 200 instructions.
Missing pegs?

Just got a second hand but unused Vango TBS Micro 200 which I have not pitched yet but looking at the bits and bobs with it and looking at the instructions on the Vango website it says 'insert corner rise poles to improve head/foot height'. The only pegs I have got are the usual guy rope pegs and 4 alloy V-pegs which are used to peg the 4 corner anchor straps. Am I missing something (or somethings)?

The corner rise poles were an update on the 2004 model, I believe, to improve overall space. The models before 2004 didn't have them and pitched like a wedge with the front and back tapering down to the ground.

Seconded, you have the old model like me. The new risers were added to maintain gaps between the fly and inner as it is almost impossible to pitch it without touching otherwise.

Having said that, I have never found the touching to be a problem particularly. The iiner tent has a flourocarbon coating whihc will repell any condensation, but if you touch it then you may bet a slightly damp pacth at your feet, starngely enough the head end (depending which way you sleep!) is fine and keeps a gap okay.

Thanks for the info.
