I have suffered abrasion to the sleeve of my my lightweight berghaus gore-tex jacket. Although its not through to the goretex layer yet I want to fix it before it gets worse. Can anyone recommend what action to take i.e. patch it, send it to a specialist to repair etc. Its a berghaus paclite jacket and its black. Where could I source patches or does anyone know of a company who can repair this.

berghaus use a company called tundra for most of their repairs, and they could do this, phone berghaus or ask in a local shop for tundra's details,
alternatively is maintain, who come highly recommended as good repairers, based in cumbria

You can buy self-adhesive Gore-Tex patches, available in most outdoor shops (lurking somewhere...).

Depends where the abrasion is; if it's somewhere prone to flexing (elbow, shoulder, etc.) the glue might not be enough.

Alternative might be spinnaker tape (see ship's chandlers), although this wouldn't breathe.
