When you upload image files they need to have an extension, eg: *.jpg or *.gif or whatever otherwise the site doesn't recognise them. If you've uploaded a lot of pics and they simply haven't appeared, that may be the root of the problem.

Images, pics, etc. are ok on this programme but Google Chrome which I use do not transfer. WHY

Upload of photos seems to use some scripting that only works on MS Internet Explorer, and doesn't work on Firefox.

I suspect it uses some language that I've disabled in Firefox (Flash, for instance).  If I want to upload photos, I fire up IE.

Waldo I tried Google Chrome (not for photos) but found I couldn't access some of the web sites I regularly visit so reverted back to the old one.

Thanks CP and Linsay. The answer for now seems to be Google for
general use, swap to Google Chrome for pics. and photos.
Thanks again everyone.

I usually create photos of sports gear equipments using a professional photo studio known as the PackshotCreator photo studio. With such a digital studio I can upload my sports gear photos directly on my website.
