As I work in Sales I feel pretty well qualified to recognise good customer support when I see it, so want to praise Alpkit on here.
I got in touch with them this morning as my Wee Airic sprung several microscopic leaks. As I've only used it four times I was loathe to junk it, but couldn't find the repair kit that came with it. They emailed straight back saying they'll send me a repair kit F.O.C.
OK it's not a big deal but they were entitled to make a charge and chose not to.
That makes Alpkit a good customer and one I'll return to in future.
