Anyone used www.urbanrock.com?

Anyone used them? The prices look almost too good to be true so I am bit hesistant to try them out.

Like you I knew nothing about them, did a little research and decided to chance it. Slightly slower shipping than some other places I've used, but perfectly acceptable: after a few days I received a despatch notice and my shiny new bargain-priced Rab Cirrus turned up the next day. I shall certainly happily use them again.
