If you buy something with a credit or debit card you may be able to get a refund. If the goods do not match the description (including being counterfeit)you are entitled to your money back.
If the company you bought the goods from will not refund your money, the card company may be able to seize the money from their account to reimburse you. There are of course certain criteria you will need to satisfy.
Visa debit, for example, has a scheme called "chargeback", which you can take advantage of up to 120 days after the initial purchase. The key with this is that you are dealing with visa who takes the money from the merchant using their payment services, not dealing with the merchant themselves.
