Seems an appropriate place to thank Vango for some good quality customer service.
2 of my poles for my equinox got a bit mis-shapen with some coast 'winds' on the gower. They not only repaired them free of charge, returned them to me within the day, they also went the extra mile to redirect the poles to where I was staying.
