Cheers guy's and doll's. I can see me cooking up a storm. GENAA do these books quote English weights and measures ?

Linda Yaffe's book uses US measures so it's all cups and ounces but that's not really a problem. 

It's actually quite a good book if you're starting out with home dehydration.  I found that I had to up the spices etc as the recipes seemed to cater for the blander American palate.  If you're intereste, let me know as I have a copy in excellent condition that I could sell you.

If you can cook, home dehydration is a great way forward as you can cook exactly what you like (within reason), it's a lot cheaper than commercially available dried food and will also taste better (IMHO).

Moveable Feasts has metric and imperial I believe... will just nip upstairs and check...

mixture of actual measurements in metric with approximations given such as 'half a mug' 'spoonful' 'golfball sized' etc.
