Finisterre Incus

I really like the look of Finisterre's Incus vest (particularly the grey one), though, at £95, it's a bit on expensive side.

Can anyone recommend something similar?

Similar insulation level I guess? Plenty of ~100g/m2 vests and the like.

Going by the bise, the weight they specify might be a tiny bit optimistic - 210 or 220g maybe? - but it'll be very nicely made. Really nice company too, and made in Portugal of course.

Pattaguici' s nano puff vest is 60g/m2 PL1 and zipped pockets and 110 rrp/ 243g.

Montane's prism vest sort of 40 g/m2 but doubled up on the pockets, which is quite a bit of it. 70rrp/ 254g.

Rohan have a 65 pound, 165g vest with 40g/m2 generic fill and front poppers instead of a zip. A bit like Montbell's thermawrap thing.

In terms of function rather than looks  Berghaus Chulu Vest also has 60gm of Primaloft fill.

Montane Prism is 40gm of Primaloft so should not be as warm.

Rab Generator Vest and Patagonia Micropuff Vest are 100gm of Primaloft. Paramo Torres Gilet is 100g of their own similar insulation.

Searching the web you should be able to get all for less than £95 as RRP for most of them is £70 - 80. The Chulu seems to have been replaced by the Berghaus Ignite Vest (and annoyingly the Berghaus site doesn't give fill for it under "detailed specifications") the but there should still be some around.
