It is possible and I did think that it may have been left deliberately.
When I switched it on the light worked but almost right away it started dimming. It was a judgement call on my part to bring it out.
If someone claims it fine, if not just an other bit of rubbish removed.
There was quite a lot of other peoples rubbish. Why they can carry full items in but cannot take light empties out is beyond me.
