Loads near Stanfords. It's outdoor gear shop Mecca.

see this map

Snow and Rock is more or less opposite Stanfords, on Mercer Street, off Long Acre. Then F&T and Ellis Brigham are on South Street and Maiden Lane, just south of the market, towards The Strand.

Meeting finished early so had a shopping trip down Tottenham Court Rd. and Covent Garden. Bought: graphics tablet (to use with photoshop), gps mount for mtb, new harness (bod), various maps of italy and ireland, and a few pints!

Sounds great. Problem with London is there's always something to spend your money on. The pints things sounds like a familiar scenario. :-)

Pubs and Gear shops. Staffed by South Africans, Aussies or Kiwis. Oh, and Ellis Brigham seems to favour french staff, which can be entertaining if someone gets very technical with them!
