Thought I would commend a Mail order company on excellent service.
I placed an order online with www.outdoorfocus.co.uk on Tuesday evening for a new tent, and 2 sleeping bags. The payment process redirected to HSBC, and at the end of the process I received an error asking me to contact the vendor.
So I emailed Outdoorfocus explaining and awaited a response.
8am the following morning I receive a telephone call from Brain from Outdoorfocus, confirming that the order had been placed successfully. He also asked if the gear was for the weekend, when I confirmed it was he said he would ship on a next day, rather than the normal 48 hour delivery, as they are not open on a Wednesday (and it wouldn't be shipped until Thursday)
Kit arrived lunchtime today - service above and beyond I think - especially as the delivery was free anyway!
I am one very impressed customer.
