i had an original Karrimor Jaguar bought in late 2000 from a reputable gear shop on Keswick. i'm not sure of the exact size but is was something like 75-90 - i'm fairly sure it was either a prototype-esque thing or limited run because i never found one again.
it was reasonably well built, but massively over equipped with straps, buckles, zips, pockets, fish and padding. it weighed a ton and was significantly heavier than a 100ltr infantry bergan (dunno if that gives you a context, but its the only rucksac of that size i have experience with)
for me it was just impractical, not only was it heavier than the bergan, but it took significatly less kit even when 'opened up'. it was however quite comfortable to carry, though i found myself resenting an inanimate object because the extra kilo or so of rucksac i was carrying limited my ability to take more fuel/food/kit on the kind of long, unsupported backpacking trips i'd bought it for.
in time i returned to using the infantry bergan that was free and gratis as more suitable to task.
the shenanigans that 'karrimor' have been involved in over the last few years, added to their previous unchanging, heavy and over-featured items would mean that i would be loathe to buy anything from them again.
Aiguille do some fantastic stuff, made in the UK and equivilent to Karrimors old prices - i'd go for that.
