Lighweight waterproofs with larger hood

My OH has just managed to put the car boot closure mechanism through the shoulder of my Marmot Precip (what are the odds?!) so I need a new waterproof.  I only need another lightweight one, and do like the Precip but I have a long neck and largish head and would prefer one that has a little more room, perhaps with hood adjusters.  I'd like to stick to womens jackets I think, though I am 5'9 so may I should try mens?

Haglofs Spitz has a great large head oops I mean helmet compatible hood.
it's also very tough and protected around the shoulder areas for rucksack wer etc so might shrug off the odd car boot slam ;0)
not cheap but reasonably light and very tough,i have had one since its debut in 2008 and it's still not got a scratch on it......

Try anything really if, as it sounds, its about fit

Spitz sounds likely to be rather serious overkill! Something like Montane's Atomic might do it and be relatively tough/cheap.

If its a real problem then most of RABs new lightweight jackets have helmet hoods which would certainly be big enough. But there should be plenty of options overall from sundry people.
(Checking online the precip hood does look quite primitive.).
