Is the new microrocket as good as the pocket rocket does anyone have any reviews?

I've got a microrocket and it seems to be a good stove apart from the fact that I need to leave the needle valve in an open position in order to fold the stove (to fit it into its holder).

i have one. But never had a pocket rocket so can't compare to it. Its very light and solid. The flame has good control i find. Theres good reviews online of it somewhere i read before buying it. some stove review blog it was.

I sold the stove soon after I did this review,It was great for lightweight backpacking but I found it very slow.It may have been me and the way I was using it.

I noticed that if you subscribe to Trail you get this for free.

Was tempted - they reckon the rrp is £40, and 6 months subscription is £25.

Didnt seem much lighter than the Pocket Rocket, just smaller
