Osprey guarantee

My son's Osprey Kestrel developed a torn inner pocket mesh and torn strernum strap slot. I sent it back to them last Thursday via 2nd class post and 6 days later received it back with repaired mesh and new straps. No purchase receipt was required by them. Pretty impressive service and it makes a nice change from the guarantee quibling that some manufacturers indulge in.

Since we are saying nice things about Osprey...

I lost the clip for the sternum strap on my Osprey Aether (a design fault IMO). They sent me 2 spares no questions asked first class post. Received them the next day. The guy on the phone was really nice too.

This is the kind of service I would hope for from other companies!

I tore one of the straps on my Raptor 14 during a fall from my bike. I called Osprey to see if they could fix it. The guy was really helpful and told me to send my pack to them.

I sent the pack on the Monday morning and got it back on Wednesday (2 days later) fully repaired and with no charge!

I'll always buy Osprey packs, their service is awesome!
