Hi - can you recommend a down jacket which can cope with sleet / "wet" snow conditions without getting the down soggy ? Something more suitable for Scotland than the Alps - I was thinking of the Rab Summit but can't find out how waterproof the Pertex Endurance Plus fabric actually is.... thanks
Well the answer to this question (as asked) is the Rab Batura jacket. It's a waterproofed down jacket with tped seams, it even has a vapour barrier lining.
