Anyone any experience of returning anything to them. ?

I bought a pair of waterproof full leather boots last july and wore them for the first time in rain today and they leak, i did less than a mile in them too.

Now i know it's going on for neary a year but they've only been used for about 8 hours/ 15-ish miles or less in total, and you'd have to look very close to see they'd had any use at all, so should i realistically expect any joy. ?

They were only £45 but i'd expect a bit more from them even so.

I sent a leaky pair of Salomons back and they swapped them no bother, they were 3 months old and about 60 miles worse off.

They said they'd have to send them away to be tested but I had a new pair within a couple of days.

Ah, that's good to hear, had a scan on the net and seems most experiences seem rather negative.

I'll take them personally and still have the receipt so fingers crossed.

It might be worth getting in touch with the manufacturer too. Sports Direct might have replaced the pair of Salomons because that is Salomon policy (I don't know, this is just speculation).
