Their products are mostly designed for skiing and boarding, in very cold, dry conditions. I think you might get very overheated doing any kind of aerobic activity (like climbing or walking uphill) in this kind of skiwear. Also, any padding will make salopettes relatively non-breathable and slow-drying.
In British conditions, you'd be better off in warm fleece topped with a breathable waterproof layer. But if you're skiing abroad the Tenson gear might be worth a look.
