Just an update, have been using under armour leggings when I knew the wind would be up but have also started carrying Montana featherlites as a just in case when wind was expected to be low. Both solutions seem to be working well. Although winter will be the true test. Once again thank you for all the advice/suggestions, it was much appreciated.
