I have a Vango Sherpa rucksack which has two metal bars that form the frame. On a recent trip the black plastic cap on the end of one of the bars was lost and the bare metal was abrading the fabric. I emailed Vango on Monday evening about the problem and received two new caps in the post today (Friday). They emailed several times to confirm the size that I needed. This was great customer service and was extremely helpful, so I just wanted to let others know that they had done a great job.
