After the weekend I emailed Alpkit about  the stitching failing on the waistbelt of my Gourdon. 

They gave me a freepost address and repaired it so I had it back within a week of sending it.  

There had been a stitching mistake, and it does look pretty good again - so no issues with their customer service.  

 I thought it worth mentioning.
