Sounds good. By "around Hexworthy" do you mean The Forest Inn?
Ter Hill/Skir Hill/Aune Head is quite a lot of b'stard grass or bog. Unless you really want to tick it off for some reason I'd suggest going a bit further east maybe Ryders/Snowdon then loop around Huntingdon clockwise and up the Avon over the clapper and up to Red Lake. Erme Head is nice for a bimble. I'd then suggest Grim's Grave - quite an impressive cist and down the Langcombe. The Langcombe has camping options too. Shavercombe I don't think is so good, despite Hen Tor being a great place to sit and have a cuppa that part of the Plym isn't soo good for pitches. I've camped a few times near Drizzlecombe.
Day 2 dependant on where you stop to get back quickly take jobbers towards Eylesbarrow but push N before you get to it and go to Combeshead Tor then take or leave Cuckoo Rock. The stone row N of Combshead is pretty impressive if you like that sort of thing though not as good as the one you'd see on day 1 at Drizzlecombe, worth a visit though (imho). Then you could go to Crazywell (it was on local tv this morning, a bunch of people did an organised swim in it yesterday, even had a lifeguard).
Fm Crazywell follow the Demport Leat rather than the track to Nun's, it hits it soon enough anyway. The pic of Burrator from Crazywell Cross is a dartmoor classic (if you can see anything). If you're in a rush or the weather is carp you can skip Crazywell and go straight to Nun's cross from the stone row. Obviously if you camp at Nun's Crossday 2 will probably be even shorter.
Another worthwhile addition but which would make it longer would be to go from the Ditsworthy area to Sheepstor then Cuckoo Rock and on. This could take in the stone circle, plus Sheepstor is one of the best Tors on the Moor with good vies over Burrator.
Anyway some food for thought.
