Up in Kinlochleven this weekend and can report that the weather is truly pish so hopefully it will rain itself out for the Glencoe meet in two weeks time. Good news is that there don't appear to be too many midges!
Remember all are welcome, just turn up and meet in the Clachaig on Friday night

We have got the Friday off so we will probably travel up in the morning doing a hill on the way. We will almost certainly be in the Clachaig at around 7pm. As Jamie says the meeting place will be the "Boot Bar" of the Clachaig Inn. The Boot Bar is signposted at the front of the pub - it's down the right hand side of the building.
The following photos may (or may not!) help spot us...

Oh and not forgetting Jamie...
That was from last years trip to Rum at the same time of year which coincided with "Talk Like A Pirate Day". I assume Jamie will be entering the spirit of the day again this year!
LOL @ Jamie
Come on now it is International Talk Like Pirate Day on Sept 19th and you make such a good pirate
Hi folks,

Roll on Glencoe and yet another International Talk Like a Pirate Day
Waiting til nearer the time to see what the weather is doing before making any plans as we've been disappointed too many times in planning a trip for the weather to scupper them.
I'm sure we'll come up with something in the pub on Friday night
cheers Tiger
I am really delighted I am abale to come along.
Is the Wild Camp still going ahead, just need to figure out if I need to bring grub with me.
Are there shops neaby where decent ready meals can be bought, or would I be better off picking stuff up in Glasgow on the way from the Airport.
Cheers,
