Paul thanks for the offer but I'm in cornwall that week ive decided to go tomorrow instead due to the good weather conditions I'm just wondering is there any "rules" to wild camping etc like not camping next to some one else's camp I'll be going around helvelyn also is it sensible to do striding edge for the first time since what I've heard about it??

All welcome and they dont bite and can share plenty of tips

hi oliver i plan to get out next wk sometime after monday as long as you can walk for 2 days your more than welcome to come along and if you want cud chat about what you need and importantly dont need to carry home ..hope your first night goes well
