I've been told I have to lose a few items of kit that are cluttering up the place. 

I suggested getting rid of some of the gear I've bought for her so 'we can do more things together'

Pretty much nailed on the week will get better, indeed turn up warm and sunny from thursday onwards. At the moment, the "convective break-down" is still progged for late saturday which, in plain English, means big fuck-off thunderstorms. Just need to nab the details of the progression of the breakdown.  Longuer term, there is an improving trend, the worst of the summer horrors are behind us I think.
