Hiya all. I am Jez from Norfolk (its not as flat as most people think, but you do have to go through the real flat lands to get here most of the time...If you think Norfolk is flat try passing through linconshire, now thats flat....)
Anyway. I am outside most days. I teach outdoor activities and First Aid. I am self employed doing it for my own company or freelance. Its great fun but dont get the chance to do it for myself that often.
In the last year I have got back into Kayaking and Canoeing for myself joining a local club and being an active member and coach. I hope to get out to the hills again soon and do some hill walking or climbing.
If you want to do a first aid course let me know, I have friend all over the UK that run them, I can point you in the right direction.
