Should the EU not get its financial house in order the anemic world-wide recovery from the (US caused) Great Recession will go into a tailspin, dragging recovering economies down yet again.

So, while you're still employed by yer gear - NOW consumers, before you are too poor to do so.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it when "The Boss" tells me she want me to cut back on gear purchases. So what if I have 100 kilos of lightweight gear in the garage, in the laundry room, under my bed and elswhere. Sooner or later I may even use all of it.

And don't start with me about my being a gearaholic. I can quit anytime. Done it hundreds of times.

100 kilos of lightweight gear...

That should go on the "Joke of the Day" thread!

I generally limit myself to 25 kilos of lightweight gear when I'm delivering a "lightweight" presentation.

Yeah but just think what the overall weight would be if it wasn't 'lightweight'...

So what weighs the most 100Kg of lightweight gear or 100kg of heavyweight gear?

Surely it should be mass, not weight!

Jon, I like that idea "mass" not no stinkin' weight.

Anyway, having 100 kilos of lightweight gear is a standing joke among my other gearaholioc friends.

Remember lads, "Too much is never enough" (the old Victorian interior decorator's motto and now my gear motto).
