Have any site users actually won something after having entered the OM competitions?

We won a Gregory Z55 once. That is, Pete entered the competition and I am using the rucksack.

But yaaar, it's mostly (almost always in fact) folk I've never heard of. I'm sure they'll enjoy many years of junk mail

Yep, I've won stuff in advent calendar competitions and the Keen mountain marathon competition. OM could be better at telling its members who's won competitions!

Yep, won a tent a few years ago, a pair of Keen shoes last year and today took delivery of two pairs of Keen Sandals

I won a "world" compass. (Don't need to buy seperate compass if you south of equator). Has fancy features like a inclinometer, (measures slope angle), and a adjustment for setting declinition, so youdon't have to worry about forgetting to add/subtract.

I'm guessing that was for Didster not me!  I'll quite happily get the odd email if they keep sending me prizes!

No prob Husky, I must say, like you, I am not inundated with junk mail as a result of entering OM competitions.

AT, either have to tick or untick boxes about wanting to get mail from them or "other parties.

 That's the way I do it, scroll to bottom of page, you find them!

 Maybe why don't get junk mail.

 (Apart from Keen!!  can't get rid of there bl**dy monthly emails)
