Has anyone else had poor service with the above company? I thought they had a good reputation but I'm having problems.
I ordered a small knife from there as a birthday present on the 8th march and should have had it delivered in 4 - 7 days (a week early for the birthday). It has never turned up and so far they haven't responded to any of the three emails I have sent. Unfortunately there is no phone number to call but there is a postal address.
I think that next week I will be contacting my credit card company and writing to swisstool as I have had to buy the knife from somewhere else and now require a refund.
