Has anyone else had a problem with swisstool.co.uk?

Has anyone else had poor service with the above company? I thought they had a good reputation but I'm having problems.

I ordered a small knife from there as a birthday present on the 8th march and should have had it delivered in 4 - 7 days (a week early for the birthday).  It has never turned up and so far they haven't responded to any of the three emails I have sent.  Unfortunately there is no phone number to call but there is a postal address.  

I think that next week I will be contacting my credit card company and writing to swisstool as I have had to buy the knife from somewhere else and now require a refund.

Used them twice with no problems. 

Excellent range, good prices and genuine products.

Just to update this, I got back from a weekend away and found the knife waiting for us.  Still no response from the company to my emails, and there's no postae date on the package so I don't know if my order was overlooked or there has been delayed postage.  Guess I was just unlucky.  

The good news is we have a 'spare' swiss army knife now and I do have a soft spot for them...

Why would you have a soft spot for a company that messes you around and forces you to spend double buying an extra knife?

I think you'll find he meant he has a soft spot for Swiss army knives and not swisstool.

Yes, I have a spoft spot for swiss army knives.  Incidentally I have since used this supplier again and had very quick service.

Conmerchants!!  Paid for goods, never arrived, no reply to emails, company address is a Tesco Express!!

I did read the many negative reviews about swisstool.co.uk but decided to risk a small order anyway.
My order arrived promptly, despite it being close to Christmas, and was exactly correct so I have no complaints about the company.
I know this doesn't negate the bad experiences other people have had but I wanted to balance things out a bit with my positive experience.
