For those of you who know me from meets from the last 3 and a bit years I have had braces, how could you miss them.

I was told they would be removed in late September, but on visiting the orthodontist today he removed the top ones and the majority of the bottom ones.

As my wife says, You will have teeth like a yank

Great news, Stephen

I remember when I had my braces removed how vulnerable my teeth felt after having Jaws like metal cemented to my teeth for over a year, but the joy of eating an apple without pulp going up the braces was wonderful!
