I've got an inspirational friend, Arry Berresford-Webb is currently RUNNING around Wales for Charity. She's hoping to raise £20,000 for an Intensive Care Unit. So far she has run over 600 miles since March 19th (from Cardiff around the coast), and she is currently in Morfa Nefyn. It would be a great story to pick up if there is anyone at ???? is interested? She will continue her run through North Wales along the new Wales Coastal Path all the way to Chester, and then up the Offa's Dyke to Cardiff before May 5th on the launch date of the new Wales Coast Path. She's an inspiration - by the end she will have done 1027 miles and her body will be ruined (although hopefully recoverable with support of her team).
