Big flakes of snow falling on Glossop this morning, should be good in the Peak for at least the next couple of days :-)

just booked accomodation in Sedburgh for a long weekend, leading a couple of walks to.The back seems to be on the mend thanx to the physio's at Wrightington Hospital plug ..........plug!was up on Ingleborough on sunday bloody lovely it's been over six weeks since my last decent walk.

its trying to snow here to. Still heavy frost and the temp aint above freezing yet. Hopefull for snow in th lakes for sat!

I've just got back from a quick sortie up Shining Tor and Axe Edge moor, it was pretty snowy up there for a few minutes but its stopped now and its not deep. Very frozen though - almost came to grief when I slipped on a frozen stream.
