When I phoned up seconds after Phil posted and gave the promotional code they said they didn't recognise it. I tried a second time, hoping to get a different telephonist and was told the same. On the 3rd call she told me that she thought the last one had just gone! Me thinks southerners were being deliberately excluded :-)
