I have just looked at the web site and see that you can nominate who you wourld like to see in the Theter and wondered who other peaple have not seen that thay would like to or have seen in a small venue and think would do well on the big stage.

I would love to hear survivers story from his own lips. as I live in Essex I could not get to the talk he gave recntly and would love to have been there.

Anybody except Brian Blessed.

Jimi Hendrix.

The Bennachie Players.

Oi, leave Brian alone. What can anyone have against him? He's as passionate as you could want in anyone and I think that is what the outdoors segment needs.

Hendrix may draw the headlines but is unliley to turn up.

The thing that I find to be sad is that if Bonnington turns up then the media will follow.

If you put Ed Viesturs, Leo Houlding, Joe Brown and Alan Hinkes on the bill they'd get limited exposure in comparison.

I'd like to see that little stick-man and the seagull in the advert each telling their side of the story.

Sorry, I know I've already raised this on Bennachie, but I'm intrigued by the narrative we find ourselves in the middle of. How have events reached this point? Why is the seagull assaulting the cliff-climber? What happens next?
Answers on a postcard to...

Seriously, I second Jolly Roger's suggestion - it was really interesting talking to Survivor and Leaf at the Lakes meet about their experiences and I'd like to hear more about it.

Hey, Kate, maybe you could do some sort of lecture? What about "How the Romans coped without P****o", or maybe "Roman sandals and Keen Newports - compare and contrast".

Annabel Bond would look good on a big stage. Preferably in a bikini ;o)

Agreed!!

I went to see Katherine Jenkins last night and was 'mouth open' watching her sing to Carmen in a revealing dress on stage. Now that would be great for the Outdoor Show!

Hey let's get practical here! My vote is Jesus, he could teach us how to walk on water!

Not Moses, though - he wasn't very environmentally-friendly... didn't he come down from the mountain in his Triumph?

He was good at river crossings though.

Back to the question in the thread title - maybe some of the US lightweight brigade - Brian Frankle, 'Coup' Coupounas (on a double bill with Ray Jardine?), Ryan Jordan ...?

"Coupounas (on a double bill with Ray Jardine?)"

So now you want a fist fight as entertainment? 80)
