I wouldn't consider the lack of camera a problem - I'd probably carry my own with me anyway. Also, the buttons let you use it with gloves, which would be an added bonus.

I've not seen one in the flesh, but the one downside with the button interface is the reduced screen size. One of the big pluses of the Satmap Active 10, I think, is that the screen is so large.

£180 is affordable? Relative to a higher spec GPS, maybe but the vast majority of people may not agree that, in absolute terms, £180 is affordable. I don't think reviewers should be using such terms, at least not in the headline to a review.

Yes, I note that "affordable" is in inverted commas but still...
