Wand noted the reference to the weather web sites. I'd be interested to know if anyone else uses the BBC's weather site in particular the radar map of their chosen area. When I'm not sure what the weather conditions are going to be like, this can provide an indication of expecetd cloud cover which can confirm or even refute precipitation forecasts.
I just wondered if anyone else used this feature and what they think of it.
