Tracksterman has called it a day.

I shall miss his eloquent turn of phrase (he's been officially diagnosed with keyboard turrets BTW).His rather frank reviews and his tales of woe as he disappears into another dank corner of Scotland.

thanks for the blog, yours was the only one out there worth reading on a regular basis..

I only read part of a blog when presented with a link & find most of them tedious & wonder why folk bother. That was one of the better ones I came across even if I didn't always agree with his opinions. I did wonder why he was bothering with a blog & the fact he's calling it a day fits the impression I had of him. I reckon there's a book or two in the fella - wasted on a blog. I also wonder why he wastes his time here! Something I ask myself frequently.

Shame as it was one of the few interesting blogs around. Still haven't forgiven him for taking down his MTB routes in Northern Scotland, but understand why he did it. Good luck Pete, hope to see you online again one day.
