I wasn't at all sure whether I would complete this walk today. I have been troubled by a very "tight" chest for a couple of days and also my left ankle was sore after going over on it at Buttermere a couple of days back. However it was a beautiful morning and there were options to cut it short so straight after breakfast we were away to Arnside.
For our efforts we were treat to the mosy magnificent of views from this fine viewpoint whilst walking in warm sunshine and also after a few weeks elsewhere the highland cattle were back and Edith was well prepared.
