As it says on the tin - an easy walk from Cock Bridge to Ben Avon summit for a relaxing summit camp.

Glorious weather for the return over Brown Cow Hill.

Hoping to have a Ben Avon summit camp this weekend, Kinley. If the forecast is correct, it will be a summit bivvy.

You enjoy that Mike!

Hopefully we'll be somewhere in the NW in the tent for some of the long weekend.

As you probably know, there are a few nice bivvy spots in against the summit tor windbreak.

I was going to comment in a similar (throbbing) vein, but didn't want to appear immature

Good stuff, Krinkley. Git.

I liked the photie simply entitled "Tent". Very considerate of you, Kindle. I imagine most of the "shillings" would've been looking at it thinking "Rock?"

I had originally planned on camping at Clach Choutsaich - would have been a good option actually.

As for the rest of you gits.......

They really are lovely those ones yes.

Comforting to see from the first day of the report that its not quite always blue skies and sun on these trips
