A rather frustrating day today for me. We awoke to a fine & sunny morning and with hopes of a walk somewhere in the Lakes. However we had to wait for a delivery of my medication for the Rheumatoid Arthritis before we could set off. I left Edith at home and went down to Half Moon Bay for a short walk along the beach and the views across the bay were glorious. Anyway to cut a long story short the medication didn't arrive until just after midday and after sticking it in the fridge we were away within minutes. Unfortunately by the time we arrived at Helsington Church for a walk along Scout Scar the day had altered as you will see from the pictures. Only a short walk of around 4.0miles but with the right weather a good one for views.
The pictures from this walk are now available to view on the webpage for those wishing to do so.
Regards,
Dave
