Shortly after our last walk I started getting a few aches and pains in various joints which indicates usually that I am having a bit of a "flare up" with the Rheumatoid Arthritis. Normally the main joints affected are my elbows and wrists but this time I was having problems with my feet. With this going on I didn't want to push things too much so we settled for this walk along the canal and through a local bluebell wood.
